This Privacy Policy describes what information Omnilaunch ("Omnilaunch", "we", "our", "us") collects when you visit omni-launch.com or use any tool, page or service offered there (together, the "Services"), and how that information is used, shared and protected.
Omnilaunch is built on one idea: your wallet, your private keys and your funds stay with you, and we have no way to reach or control them. We take the same approach to data — we gather only what we reasonably need to run, protect and improve the Services, and we tell you plainly what that is.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of it, please do not use the Services.
Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy covers all information collected while you use the Services — the token creation tool, the liquidity pool tool, the guide, the support ticket system and every other feature of the Website. It does not cover third-party websites, wallet providers, blockchain explorers, decentralized exchanges or any other outside service you reach through a link or integration on the Website; each of those follows its own privacy practices.
Information We Collect
The information we collect falls into these categories:
- (a)
Wallet and on-chain information. When you connect a Self-Custodial Wallet to use a Tool, we may process the public address of that wallet and the details of the Transactions you start through the Services, such as token addresses, amounts, timestamps and transaction signatures. Because of how blockchains work, this information is already public on the relevant Blockchain and is not private to Omnilaunch.
- (b)
Technical and usage information. When you access the Services we automatically record certain details, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you arrived from and left to, the pages you viewed, the date and time of your visit, and general patterns of use.
- (c)
Information you give us. When you create a token, set up a liquidity pool, submit content, get in touch or open a support ticket at omni-launch.com/open-ticket, we collect what you decide to share — for example token names, symbols, descriptions, images and links, the text of your messages, and any email address or other contact detail you provide.
- (d)
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and comparable technologies to run and improve the Services, as explained in Section 4.
We never ask for, collect or store your private keys, seed phrases or wallet passwords, and the Website has no field where any of them could be entered. Every Transaction is signed inside your own wallet and sent to the relevant Blockchain by you. If a page that claims to be Omnilaunch asks for your seed phrase or private key, it is not us.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
run, maintain and deliver the Services, including creating tokens, creating, funding and withdrawing from liquidity pools, and any other Tool you use;
spot, investigate and stop fraud, abuse, security incidents and breaches of our Terms of Service;
answer your questions, handle support tickets submitted at omni-launch.com/open-ticket and provide customer support;
measure, analyze and improve how the Services perform and how easy they are to use;
meet our obligations under applicable law, regulation, legal process or a request from a public authority;
enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights, property and safety of Omnilaunch, our Users and others.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to recognize your browser, remember your settings, understand how the Services are used and make them work better. Some of these technologies are run by Omnilaunch itself and some by analytics or infrastructure providers working on our behalf.
You can set your browser to block some or all cookies, or to warn you before a cookie is stored. If you do, parts of the Services may stop working properly or become unavailable.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in the following situations:
- (a)
Service providers. With vendors, consultants and other providers that carry out work for us — such as hosting, analytics, security and support infrastructure — and that are required to protect the information they receive.
- (b)
Legal and regulatory disclosure. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process or a request from a public authority, to enforce our Terms of Service, to detect or prevent fraud or security problems, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Omnilaunch, our Users or the public.
- (c)
Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets or a similar transaction, subject to suitable confidentiality protections.
- (d)
Public blockchain data. Wallet addresses, Transaction details and any Token metadata submitted through the Services may be written to a public Blockchain, where by design anyone can see them, regardless of anything Omnilaunch does.
- (e)
With your consent. For any other purpose we tell you about when the information is collected, or whenever you agree to it.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may link to, integrate with or depend on third-party wallets, blockchains, decentralized exchanges, liquidity protocols, RPC providers and other infrastructure. Whatever you share with those third parties, or whatever they collect, is governed by their own privacy policies and practices. Omnilaunch does not control them and accepts no responsibility for them, so we recommend reading the privacy terms of any third-party service before you use it.
Data Retention
We keep the information described in this Privacy Policy only as long as we need it for the purposes above — to run the Services, meet legal obligations, settle disputes, enforce our agreements and keep proper business records. On-chain information is different: it stays on the relevant public Blockchain permanently, and neither Omnilaunch nor you can delete it.
Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Still, no transmission over the internet and no form of electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. Keeping your own devices, wallet software and credentials secure, and using the Services with the same care, is your responsibility.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over the information we hold about you. These can include the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit certain processing, and to receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, or to ask how your information is handled, open a ticket at omni-launch.com/open-ticket or write to support@omni-launch.com. We will answer genuine requests within a reasonable time, as applicable law allows. Keep in mind that some information — above all, anything already recorded on a public Blockchain — exists outside our systems, and Omnilaunch cannot change, restrict or delete it.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be stored, processed and transferred outside the country where you live, including to countries whose data protection laws differ from yours. Whenever we move information across borders, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected as this Privacy Policy describes.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not aimed at, or intended for, anyone under eighteen (18) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen (18). If we learn that we have collected such information by mistake, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as quickly as possible.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is still no agreed industry standard for responding to it, so the Services do not currently react to Do Not Track signals.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time as our practices, the Services or the law change. We will announce material changes by reasonable means, such as a notice on the Website or within the product. If you keep using the Services after an update, you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
